These terms form a binding agreement between you and Top10 SEO Company List, a sole proprietorship owned by John Jones of 436 North Hull Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104, USA. By using https://top10seocompanylist.com or purchasing our services you accept them.

1. What we provide

We are an independent research and advisory desk. We publish reviews and rankings of search-marketing vendors and provide paid research services such as audits, benchmarking reports, proposal reviews and advisory retainers. We do not provide search engine optimisation services and we are not an agency.

2. Editorial independence

Rankings and reviews are our own opinion, formed using the framework published on our methodology page. We accept no payment, commission, referral fee or affiliate revenue from any reviewed vendor. Vendors have no right to a listing, a score or a particular position.

3. Use of the website

• You may read, print and share our pages for your own business purposes, with attribution.
• You may not republish substantial parts of our rankings or guides commercially without written permission.
• You may not scrape, mirror, or use automated means to extract content at a rate that burdens the site.
• You may not misrepresent our rankings, including implying that a vendor is “certified” or “endorsed” beyond what we published.

4. Engagements, scope and fees

Paid work begins only after we issue a written scope and you accept it in writing. Fees are those published on our pricing page or stated in your scope, in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are payable net 7 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to any accounts needed for the agreed work.
• Hold the necessary rights to any material or account access you give us.
• Make your own commercial decisions; our reports are advice, not instructions.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Before work starts, you may cancel for a full refund. Once research has begun, we refund the unused portion of the scope pro rata. Retainers may be cancelled by either party on fourteen days' written notice and do not auto-renew for fixed terms. Missed calls may be rescheduled once at no charge.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, scoring frameworks, guides and report templates remain our property. On full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your commissioned report internally and to share it with your own advisers. You may not resell it or present it as your own product.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and will not publish your name or data without written permission. We ask the same of you regarding our unpublished scoring notes.

9. No guarantees

Search engines control their own results. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and we do not guarantee the future performance of any vendor we review. Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, without further warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or losses caused by a third-party vendor you choose to hire. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party vendors

Any contract you enter with an agency is between you and that agency. We are not a party to it, do not act as your agent, and are not responsible for their performance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. The courts of Montgomery County, Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you may have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The version in force when you accepted a scope governs that engagement.
