Are your rankings paid for in any way?
No. Agencies cannot buy, sponsor or influence a position. Our revenue comes from audits, benchmarking reports and advisory retainers paid for by buyers, never by vendors.
How often is the Top 10 list updated?
Fully re-scored twice a year, with quarterly spot checks. The publication date is shown at the top of the rankings page.
How do you choose which agencies to review?
We start from client requests, public directories, referrals and market presence, then screen for years trading, verifiable case work and willingness to supply references.
What if I disagree with a score?
Write to us with evidence. Factual errors are corrected within five business days and the change is noted on the page. Opinions we will discuss, publicly if you like.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Yes, remotely. Our rankings focus on U.S. agencies, but we review proposals and audit sites for clients in Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia.
Can you guarantee my rankings will improve?
No, and neither can any agency. Search engines do not sell guaranteed positions. We can improve the odds that you hire well and measure honestly.
How long does SEO take to show results?
For most small and mid-sized sites, early movement appears in three to four months and compounding results between six and twelve months. Anyone promising two weeks is selling something else.
Do you cover Bing as well as Google?
Yes. We score every vendor on whether they verify sites in Bing Webmaster Tools, submit sitemaps to Microsoft, and report on that traffic separately.
What information do you need for a shortlist?
Your website address, your industry, the towns or states you serve, your monthly budget range, and what you have already tried.
Do you sell or share my contact details?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not pass your details to agencies without your explicit written consent.
Can I visit your office?
Yes, by appointment. We are at 436 North Hull Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104, USA. Please call ahead so somebody is there to meet you.
How do I pay, and when?
By bank transfer or card against an invoice, net 7. Fixed-price work is invoiced on delivery unless the scope exceeds two weeks, in which case we split it 50/50.
