All prices are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are valid for the current calendar quarter. Custom scopes are quoted in writing before any work begins. Payment is by bank transfer or card on invoice, net 7.

What affects a custom quote

Site size. Anything above roughly 5,000 indexable URLs needs deeper crawling and more analysis time.
Number of locations. Multi-location businesses require listing and review audits per branch.
Languages and markets. International setups add hreflang and market-by-market visibility checks.
Urgency. Standard turnaround is five to ten business days; expedited work carries a 25% surcharge.
Vendor count. Benchmarking beyond five agencies is priced per additional vendor.

Refunds and cancellations

If we have not started work, a full refund is available on request. Once research has started, we refund any unused portion of the scope pro rata. Retainers can be cancelled with fourteen days' written notice and are never auto-renewed for a fixed term. The complete terms are in our Terms of Service.

Pricing questions

Why is the shortlist free if the audits are not?

The shortlist is the research we already do for the rankings, applied to your situation. It costs us little and it is how most clients meet us. Audits and benchmarking require original work on your specific site, so they are priced.

Do you take a commission if I hire a listed agency?

No. Never. Accepting commission would compromise every ranking on this site, so it is prohibited by our own policy and stated in our terms.

Can you invoice a company rather than an individual?

Yes. We invoice businesses in the United States and internationally, and can provide a W-9 on request.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

We hold a small number of reduced-fee slots each quarter for registered 501(c)(3) organisations. Write to us with your EIN and we will tell you what is available.
